As a collective of designers offering made-to-order services, delivery timings of individual items in a single order may differ. Each product is also shipped directly from the workshops of our designers directly to you.

ConfidentU delivers to all our customers across the UK via our Flat Rate Delivery Service that activates during the check-out process. Depending on stock availability, we endeavour to dispatch all pre-fabricated orders within 24 hours.
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Excludes Channel Islands.
We also deliver our products to our international clients via the Royal Mail that is also made available during the check-out and payment process.
Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.
A signature may be required and if you’re not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country.
For our customers, both Domestic & International, we offer Free Shipping for all purchases above a certain threshold, based on whatever offer we make have going at that point in time.

Customs, Import Charges & Restrictions
Our products fall under the category of Herbal Supplements, Health & Personal Care products that are sexual in nature. Some countries may have restrictions in terms of certain products that may be classified as indecent. Please check your country’s rules on such matters prior to purchase.
Some jurisdictions impose customs and import duties on certain products once the parcel reaches its destination country.
ConfidentU has no control over these charges and can’t let you know how much they’ll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are free from anywhere in the UK and Internationally at our standard shipping rates.
Faulty Goods – You must let us know within 36 hours of receiving the good that is faulty and you must make contact via email before posting anything.
Firstly send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Faulty Item Return’ in the title. This is because we may ask you to send it directly to a supplier to speed the process of you receiving a replacement or credit. If you send it directly to us and don’t make contact you may dramatically delay the process of receiving a replacement.
We will always bear the cost of replacement including delivery if the good is faulty.
Unwanted Goods – Unwanted items can be returned within 28 days of the invoice date, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Cancellation By You
You are able to cancel and return an item within 28 days of purchase. Send an email to us at email@example.com with ‘Unwanted Item Return’ in the title. Please state in the email the reason why you are returning the item and when we can expect to receive it.
You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, to the returns address shown below enclosing your order confirmation.

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note we will not be responsible for items lost in transit during return, even if the service is provided by our postal service.
Refunds are processed by the original payment method, if the card has expired, we will offer a selection of PayPal or bank transfer as an alternative.
Customised/Personalised Made-To-Order Goods – Please Note that our Return Policy as outlined above does not apply to customised or made-to-order products that have been personalised (i.e. Monogramed) and are not otherwise defective as per their intended purpose and use.
Please allow 7 working days transit time for your return to reach us. Please allow up to 21 days for postal returns to be processed.
Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
We do not deliver in your area.
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed as the incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.
